Basement Contents and a Skeleton!

A Commercial Basement can be a challenge to dry during a water damage, since they sit below grade. It's common for business owners to use their basements for long term storage so you never know what you'll find!  With no windows and little to no ventilation they can become a growing ground for mold and mildew. SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties was called out to this water loss in Pine Grove  California, the basement had no standing water when we arrived but there were visible signs of water damage everwhere and the humidity levels were higher then normal.
