Sonja Galvan started her career in 2013 with SERVPRO in the Stockton franchise. In 2018 the SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras location was fortunate to have her join the team as the project manager. She has several certifications from IICRC. Sonja enjoys interacting with her family and traveling during her time away from the office.

Laura Talhouk is a 3rd generation SERVPRO employee. She has worked for SERVPRO for 5 years, is IICRC certified, and handles the estimating and auditing. In her spare time Laura enjoys obstacle course racing and spending time with her family, dogs, and pet lizard.

Petra Torres started with SERVPRO 2011 in the production department as a fire technician. Petra accomplished a fire certification from IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) In her spare time, she enjoys walking to burn off her endless amount of energy.

Carmen came to SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras with 3 years restoration experience Sept of 2019. She is extremely organized and works diligently on any project assignment! We are fortunate to have her on our team. She believes in continued education and looks forward to additional IICRC certifications. In the off hours she enjoys to family and dancing.
Michael Cole
I joined SERVPRO with 5 Years experience as a Project Director in the Restoration Industry. I also have 30 Years in Customer Service and 5 Years in management. As a Marketing Representative for SERVPRO, I am able to utilize my vast experience to develop and build relationships with all local businesses in the Amador/Calaveras areas. I am looking forward to growing my Social Networking platform to enhance and increase my Portfolio and to bring knowledge of the SERVPRO Brand to everyone

Christian came to SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties with two years restoration experience. Since joining the SERVPRO family in 2019 he has proven to be invaluable in many ways. Christian enjoys the challenges of being a crew member and looks forward to advancing in the company.
Tina H
Tina is the marketing manager for our SERVPRO of Lodi and SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties franchises. Tina started her career with SERVPRO in 2018. She holds a computer science degree and 18 years experience as a claims adjuster. Tina enjoys building relationships throughout the various communities and is involved in the Lodi Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Lodi, Gold Star Networking and Lodi Association of Realtors. She is IICRC certified. Tina is enjoys her time with children and grandbaby. Also, she takes part in kayaking, yoga, hiking and camping in her off hours.
Tori
Tori recently joined SERVPRO of Lodi & SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties in October 2021 as our office administrator. Tori came to us with over 12 years of office management, which she holds a number of certifications.
Paul M
Paul Merdinger joined our production department in 2018 as a technician. Paul is a journeyman in all trades as well as a master carpenter specializing in cabinets, counter and bath design. He enjoys the fine arts, gardening, sports and music in his spare time
